Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you cover?
We cover all areas within the M25, sometimes we go outside that depending on the distance we may charge a little extra for fuel. 

Does the hire time include setting/packing up?
No, we will arrive to the venue around an hour before our agreed time to make sure we are all set-up and ready for your event. We will pack up our equipment in our own time at the end of your hire. 

How do I reserve a date?
A £50 deposit is taken upon booking which is non-refundable. 

Do you have insurance?
We are fully insured with our own public liability insurance.

What access do you require?
We will need somewhere to park our vehicle, We also need to be near plug sockets. 


When do I need to pay by?

The final balance is due 28 days before your 

event is due to take place.
